—Shares of Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR, $918.83) this week rose 3.5% and hit a new 52-week high of $954.81, just below the all-time high of $959.64 reached in August 2024. The stock is up 55% YTD.
On Wall Street, there were a few Monolithic Power price-target boosts this week:
*Citi raised its target to $1,100 from $825 based on the company’s broadening AI power business and momentum in the Automotive unit.
*KeyBanc upped its target to $1,050 from $950, noting Monolithic has garnered 50% share of NVIDIA’s Blackwell Ultra and appears to be the frontrunner to win part of Rubin R200 HGX given its incumbency on B300 HGX.
*Needham lifted its target to $1,025 from $820, saying multiple company product and customer ramps support diversified Enterprise Data segment growth in 2H 2025 and 2026, while high-speed optical modules are driving Communications growth.
