—I noted the recent outperformance of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD, $245.04) shares in last weekend’s issue. On Friday, AMD rose for the eighth session in a row. For the week, the stock advanced 12.6%, doubling the 6.3% gain for NVIDIA (NVDA, $188.63). AMD has now rebounded 30% from the March 3 low of $188.22.

—Lumentum (LITE, $897.30) shares this week rose 8.5% and hit a new all-time high of $960. The stock has surged 143% YTD. More on Lumentum inside this issue.
